A simple starter of Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns with cocktail sauce
Pressed ham hock terrine with beetroot relish and pea shoots
Blackened white fish on chilli and fresh pineapple salad
Baby plum tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella on garlic toasted bloomer
Pan fried sea bass fillet with salsa verde
Poached Brixham plaice fillets, baby leaf spinach and white wine cream
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes with creamed Evesham leeks
Barbary duck breast sliced over sweet and sour blueberry sauce
Aged local beef fillet with a spring onion, sesame, dark soy and
ginger jus £3.50 supplement – sorry!
