Roasted red pepper soup
Devon crab, pink prawn and crayfish tail “cocktail”
Wild rocket, Feta cheese and watermelon salad with fresh mint dressing
Cornish mackerel fillet on heirloom tomato and red onion salad
Seared local Roe deer loin, Asian slaw and plum dipping sauce
Roast cod loin on spicy cherry tomato and fennel sauce
Fillet of sea bass simply pan fried with citrus butter and flat leaf parsley
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over raspberry and red wine reduction
Cotswold pork escalopes, sautéed onions, sage and cider gravy
Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Chestnut mushroom Stroganoff with red, white and wild rice
