Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon with horseradish crème fraiche
Heirloom tomato salad, basil dressing, garlic toasted baton
Tian of Devon crab meat and prawns with mango and sweet chilli sauce
Serrano ham with mixed melon cocktail
Fillets of gilt head bream simply pan fried in citrus zest butter
Poached sea reared trout supreme, baby spinach and white wine cream
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, fried onions, sage and cider gravy
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over gooseberry compote, Muscat jus
Aged local beef fillet “Chasseur” £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew on red, white and wild rice
Warm greengage and almond tart, clotted cream ice cream
