Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet on heirloom tomato salad
Seared local Roe deer fillet, pea shoots and red onion marmalade
Devon crab meat, prawn and crayfish tail “cocktail”
Wild rocket, ripe peach and shaved Parmesan salad, balsamic dressing
Poached sea trout supreme, samphire and white wine cream
Fillets of gilt head bream rubbed with seven spice and simply pan fried
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over sweet orange and Whisky jus
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes, mushroom and chive cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet with tarragon, tomato and a rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!
Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with saffron scented rice
Baked custard tart with summer berries
Dark chocolate and cherry torte with Cornish clotted cream
A trio of fruit sorbets
