Pan fried Devon crab cake with sweet chilli dipping sauce
Seared local Roe deer fillet, pea shoot salad, raspberry vinegar dressing
Severn and Wye salmon served two ways, oak smoked and dill cured with horseradish and beetroot relish
Warm Mediterranean vegetable salad, wild rocket and balsamic
Poached Cornish day boat brill fillet, samphire and Prosecco cream
Pan seared swordfish steak with soy and ginger butter glaze
Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over fresh cherry and brandy jus
Sautéed Cotswold pork escalopes with mixed mushroom cream sauce
Aged local beef fillet with a truffle and rich red wine reduction
