Oldstone mid week dinner menu – 17 to 19 June 2014

The courtyard got a bit of use over the weekend but we had to dash out a couple of times to rescue the cushions when it did rain! Apparently there were some football matches on too which could explain why we were not fully booked?

Cornish gurnard fillet, purple sprouting and mild curry cream
Roast Barbary duck breast, baked peach and Brandy jus
Cotswold pork escalopes with paprika cream and mushrooms
Aged local beef fillet, roast shallots and rich red wine reduction
