30 plus for brunch yesterday and a full house for dinner…….just wish Friday could have been busier to make the end of week figures read better….oh well!

Pan fried smoked haddock fish cake, tartare sauce

Warm salad of wild rocket, sautéed calves liver and crisp bacon

Grilled aubergine, cherry tomato sauce and melting mozzarella

A simple starter of Severn and Wye smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns

Cornish cod loin, baby leaf spinach and mild curry cream

Roast Barbary duck breast on blood orange and brandy jus

Cotswold pork escalopes with mushroom Stroganoff sauce

Aged local beef fillet, confit vine tomatoes and a rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Roasted red pepper risotto topped with goats cheese and pesto
