It may be sunny at the moment but there is a chilly breeze and rain is forecast for the weekend. Tables available for both Friday and Saturday dinner at the moment. Mother’s day next Sunday….we are now fully booked…sorry.

Roasted red pepper soup

Line caught Cornish mackerel fillet with rhubarb chutney

Wild rocket, pear and crisp bacon salad, honey mustard dressing

Finely sliced Severn and Wye oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and crayfish tails, Cognac cocktail sauce

Grilled aubergine topped with cherry tomato sauce, basil and melting buffalo mozzarella


Cornish monk fish tail, baby leaf spinach, mild curry cream

Fillets of bream with dark soy, ginger and spring onions

Roast Barbary duck breast on blood orange and brandy sauce

Aged local beef fillet, garlic roasted vine tomatoes and rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Cotswold pork escalopes with sautéed onions, cider and sage

Mixed mushroom Stroganoff with red, white and wild rice


Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart, clotted cream ice cream

Baked cheesecake with Alfonso mango compote

Classic Crème brulée, fine butter shortbread
