Pan fried, line caught, Cornish mackerel fillet, rhubarb chutney

Evesham leek and ham hock tartlet, mustard cream sauce

Slow roast vine tomatoes with wild rocket and buffalo mozzarella

Finely sliced dill cured salmon, crayfish tails and peeled prawns with Cognac cocktail sauce


Poached sea trout supreme, baby leaf spinach, mild curry cream

Cornish monk fish tail, rich tomato sauce and smoked bacon

Cotswold pork escalopes with mixed mushrooms in cream sauce

Roast Barbary duck breast, Bramley apple sauce and Calvados jus

Aged local beef fillet, roast shallot and a deep red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Sweet potato kedgeree topped with purple sprouting broccoli and toasted almonds
