What a difference a dry Saturday makes….we had 37 in for brunch and the town had a buzz about it that we have not seen for many weeks.

Poached sea trout supreme, baby leaf spinach and white wine cream

Roast Barbary duck breast sliced over pear cider reduction

Cotswold pork escalopes with fresh tomato and tarragon sauce

Aged local beef fillet, red onion marmalade and vintage Port jus £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Roasted red pepper, melting goats cheese and pine nut puff

Warm blueberry and almond tart, clotted cream ice cream
