Boneless Brixham plaice, baby leaf spinach, white wine cream

Roast local pheasant breast, apple sauce and Calvados reduction

Cotswold pork escalopes, bacon, leeks and paprika cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet with rich, Stroud brewery ale and onion gravy
