Red onion soup with Parmesan croutons

Finely sliced dill cured salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns

Wild rocket and baby plum tomato salad with black pudding and a poached hens egg

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, home grown pear chutney

Field mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter on toasted muffin


Pan fried sea bass fillet with fennel beurre blanc

Baked cod loin, baby leaf spinach and tomato sauce

Roast local pheasant breast, apple sauce and cider reduction

Cotswold pork escalopes, mixed mushroom cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet, beetroot relish and rich red wine reduction
