We enjoyed a busy weekend with the fully booked sign up on both Friday and Saturday nights…..thank you. Just spoke to the fishmonger to place our orders for this week and the Christmas eve delivery…..another job ticked off!

Baby leaf spinach soup

Finely sliced oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns with lemon dill dressing

Melting goats cheese and red pepper puff, rocket and pine nuts

Deep fried battered squid rings with garlic mayonnaise

Chicken, bacon and mushroom terrine with watercress and Cumberland sauce


Pan roasted Cornish cod loin with peas and pancetta

Fillet of sea trout in Champagne cream sauce

Roast local pheasant breast, apple sauce and vintage cider jus

Cotswold pork escalopes, mixed mushroom cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet with a rich, slow braised oxtail gravy
