Warm salad of watercress, sautéed calves liver and bacon

Deep fried battered squid rings with garlic mayonnaise

Winter mushroom millefeuille, herb cream sauce, truffle oil


Cornish cod cheeks pan fried with red onion and chorizo

Fillet of line caught wild sea bass, baby plum tomato dressing

Roast local pheasant breast with chestnut cream sauce

Cotswold pork escalopes, buttered Evesham leeks, cider jus

Aged local beef fillet with a rich Stroud brewery ale and onion sauce £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with red, white and wild rice


Warm triple chocolate brownie, white chocolate ice cream

Baked lime cheesecake

Pear and almond tart with crème brulée ice cream
