Pan seared scallops, pea shoot salad, soy and ginger dressing

Warm blue cheese and chive tart, wild rocket and walnut salad

Finely sliced salmon Gravadlax with honey mustard dressing

Pressed ham hock terrine with red cabbage slaw


Cornish gurnard fillet in mild curry cream sauce

Pan fried fillet of sea bass on spicy aubergine stew

Roast local pheasant breast, apple sauce and vintage cider gravy

Cotswold pork escalopes, sautéed onions and smoked pancetta

Aged local beef fillet with garlic field mushrooms and red wine sauce £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Winter mushroom risotto, soft herbs and truffle oil


Baked pumpkin cheesecake with crème fraiche

Dark chocolate and orange tart, Swiss chocolate ice cream

Crème brulée with fine butter shortbread
