Pan fried Devon crab cake with sweet chilli dipping sauce

Warm salad of watercress, sautéed calves liver and bacon

Avocado, prawn and crayfish tail timbale with lemon dressing

Winter mushroom millefeuille, herb cream sauce and truffle oil


Poached sea trout supreme, samphire and Prosecco cream

Pan fried fillet of bass with sesame, soy and ginger

Roast local pheasant breast, chestnut and cider cream sauce

Cotswold pork escalopes, black pudding and plum tomatoes

Aged local beef fillet with Evesham leek, mustard and red wine sauce £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with red, white and wild rice


Warm triple chocolate brownie, Cotteswold dairy double cream

Baked orange cheesecake with tangy orange sorbet

Warm blueberry and almond tart with clotted cream ice cream
