Devon crab, prawn and crayfish salad with cocktail sauce

Pressed ham hock terrine, toasted bloomer, pickles and chutney

Duo of oak smoked and dill cured salmons, chive crème fraiche

Warm salad of honey roasted winter vegetables, watercress and mustard vinaigrette


Cornish cod loin, little plum tomatoes, red onion and bacon

Pan fried sea trout fillet, samphire and lemon butter sauce

Roast local pheasant breast, apple sauce and vintage cider gravy Cotswold pork escalopes with sautéed onions and sage
