And she’s back!…….were talking of Delia the duck who is back in residence in our courtyard and sat on a nest full of little blue eggs. How exciting!

Tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad, air dried ham and pesto

Baked Cornish cod loin, baby leaf spinach, mild curry cream

Roast Barbary duck breast on fresh cherry and brandy jus

Cotswold pork tenderloin, black pudding and cider gravy

Aged local beef fillet, roast shallot and rich red wine reduction £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with red, white and wild rice
