Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet on beetroot carpaccio with horseradish crème fraiche

Pressed ham hock terrine with pear chutney and toast

Pan fried sea bass fillet on spicy aubergine and chick pea stew

Boneless Brixham plaice with prawn and parsley cream sauce

Roast pheasant breast, Bramley apple sauce and cider reduction

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3.50 supplement – sorry!

Cotswold pork tenderloin, braised red cabbage, mustard jus

Winter mushroom millefeuille, chive cream and truffle sauce


Dark chocolate and orange torte

Warm pecan tart with clotted cream ice cream

Lemon curd and mascarpone shortbread with lemon sorbet

Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
