A simple starter of oak smoked salmon, Devon crab meat and prawns with dill Marie Rose

Warm salad of watercress, calves liver and bacon

Fried squid with aioli


Dorset char fillets, baby leaf spinach, Champagne cream sauce

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with salsa verde

Cotswold pork tenderloin, cannellini beans and pancetta

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3 supplement – sorry!

Roast Barbary duck breast, apple sauce and Calvados jus

Wye valley asparagus in a puff pastry case with Parmesan cream


Dark chocolate tart with white chocolate ice cream

Baked cheesecake with mango compote
