Pan fried organic salmon fish cake with tartare sauce

Filet mignon of local venison on slow braised red cabbage

Seared scallops, pumpkin puree, crisp pancetta and pea shoots

Mixed mushrooms in herb cream sauce, truffle oil and

South coast Ray wing simply pan fried in lemon butter

Portuguese style lightly spiced fish stew

Roast pheasant breast, pear and raisin chutney, ginger jus

Aged local beef fillet with red onion marmalade and vintage Port pan juices £3 supplement – sorry!

Cotswold pork tenderloin, buttered leeks and cider gravy

Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, baby leaf spinach and cream
