Expecting delivery of wild line-caught sea bass from the Cornish boat ‘Skin Deeper’. Each fish individually tagged and responsibly caught. 

We have a limited supply of roe deer loin fillets from Mike the butcher.

Cornish gurnard fillets in mild curry cream sauce

Cotswold pork tenderloin, buttered leeks and mustard gravy

Aged local beef fillet, garlic mushrooms and rich red wine reduction £3 supplement – sorry!

Roast Barbary duck breast, roast peach and ginger wine jus

Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, baby spinach, cream sauce


Dark chocolate and raspberry torte

Locally grown opel plum and almond tart served warm with clotted cream ice cream
