Citrus marinated sea trout, prawns and crème fraiche dressing

Wild rocket and ripe peach salad with Parma ham

Pan dried Devon crab cake with chunky tartare sauce

Warm blue cheese tart, watercress and cherry tomatoes


Poached organic salmon loin, scallops and Champagne sauce

Fillets of gilt head bream pan fried in garlic and parsley butter

Seven spiced Barbary duck breast sliced over soy and ginger jus

Cotswold pork tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet, buttered leeks, horseradish and Port reduction £3 supplement – sorry!

Roasted red pepper risotto with grilled Mediterranean vegetables
