We are changing our wine list this week with 6 or so new wines to try.We will make a bargain bin end list for the weekend. The diggers are getting nearer……..they started resurfacing the co-op car park at 6a.m.!!! Thanks a lot.

Roasted red pepper soup

Finely sliced oak smoked salmon, smoked mackerel paté and horseradish crème fraiche

Pan fried carrot, courgette and lentil cake with tomato sauce

Seared scallops with samphire and citrus broth

Mixed mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter, toasted bloomer and crisp pancetta


Steamed plaice fillet with asparagus and Champagne sauce

Roast Cornish monk fish tail with fennel and anchovy butter

Roast Barbary duck breast, apple sauce and cider gravy

Cotswold pork tenderloin with leeks and broad beans

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3 supplement – sorry!

Baked goats cheese, spinach and grilled Mediterranean vegetable feuilleté


Warm almond tart with apricots and Cotteswold dairy cream

English strawberry sundae

Dark chocolate truffle cake with summer berry compote

Four west country cheeses, Bath Olivers and Hilary’s fruit bread
