Butternut squash and broad bean soup

Pan seared scallops, baby gem lettuce and piquant chorizo oil

Slow roasted plum tomato and mascarpone tart, wild rocket

Finely sliced oak smoked salmon with smoked mackerel paté, horseradish cream and wholemeal toast

Spicy chicken breast sautéed with mixed peppers and red onion on warm flat bread


Fillets of gilt head bream pan fried in prawn and garlic butter

Poached turbot fillet, samphire and lemon cream sauce

Cotswold pork tenderloin, portabello mushrooms, tomato jus

Aged local beef fillet “au poivre” £3 supplement – sorry!

Roast Barbary duck breast, apricots and brandy pan juices

Pan fried carrot, courgette and green lentil cakes, roasted red pepper sauce


Dark chocolate and salty caramel tart, clotted cream ice cream
