A simple starter of finely sliced oak smoked salmon, crab meat and prawns with dill mayonnaise

Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, baby leaf spinach, cream sauce

Cornish sardine fillets pan fried in garlic and lemon butter

Wye valley asparagus, free range hens egg and crisp pancetta


Pan roasted day boat cod supreme on flat leaf parsley sauce

Poached fillet of sea trout with anchovy and caper dressing

Seven spiced Barbary duck breast on soy and ginger jus

Cotswold pork tenderloin, chorizo and paprika cream

Aged local beef fillet, portabello mushrooms and tarragon red wine reduction £3 supplement – sorry!

Spicy aubergine and chick pea stew with red, white and wild rice
