The new asparagus season has started so you will see local Wye valley asparagus on our menus.

25 for brunch on Saturday, mostly sat in the spring sunshine in the courtyard.

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with wild garlic salsa verde

Wye valley asparagus , lemon butter sauce

A good old fashioned prawn cocktail

Warm salad of roast local venison loin, red onion marmalade

Poached brill fillet, baby leaf spinach, mussel chowder

Roast Barbary duck breast, pineapple and peppercorn sauce

Cotswold pork tenderloin, paprika and mushroom cream sauce

Aged local beef fillet, horseradish crumble and rich red wine reduction £3 supplement – sorry!

Baharat spiced aubergine and chick pea stew with red, white and wild rice
