Weekend menu for Oldstone 25&26 Feb 2011

Some nice fish from the South coast ordered for delivery tomorrow morning.

There must be a lot of folk away for half term as we still have tables available for Friday and Saturday evening.

Don’t forget brunch on Saturday, 11 to 3 ish.

Roast tomato soup

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet, horseradish crème fraiche

Twice baked goats cheese soufflé, baby leaf spinach, cream sauce

Devon crab paté with toasted bloomer

Cornish monk fish tail, crisp Parma ham and red pepper sauce

Fillets of plaice simply pan fried in lemon and parsley butter

Roast Barbary duck breast, orange marmalade and whisky sauce

Cotswold pork tenderloin, chorizo and paprika cream

Aged local beef fillet, Evesham leeks and rich red wine reduction
