Trio of oak smoked, dill cured and citrus marinated salmon

Winter mushroom millefeuille, herb cream sauce and truffle oil

A little seared venison loin steak with red onion marmalade

Steamed mussels in fresh tomato, garlic and parsley broth


Pan fried day boat haddock fillet and a smoked haddock fish cake with tartare sauce

Fillet of sea bass, pak choy, ginger, spring onion and soy

Cotswold pork tenderloin, cannellini bean and chorizo stew

Aged local beef fillet, buttered baby leaf spinach and rich red wine jus £3 supplement – sorry!

Roast pheasant breast, apple sauce and cider reduction

Warm blue cheese tart with Oldstone pear chutney
