A simple starter of finely sliced oak smoked salmon, crab meat and prawns with dill mayonnaise

Melting goats cheese and spinach feuiletté, tomato and basil


Poached halibut supreme, roasted red pepper cream

Fillet of grey mullet pan fried in chilli and garlic butter

Aged local beef fillet, sauce Stroganoff £3 supplement – sorry!

Cotswold pork tenderloin, black pudding and cider reduction

Roast Barbary duck breast, cherry compote, brandy pan juices

Green vegetable and soft herb risotto
