I just looked back at this week last year in the diary to try and predict what a dry, mild weekend and half term holiday combo might mean for business and there on the page for March 1st was written “The beast from the East” followed by an almost blank 3 days of bookings and a note that the fish delivery could not get through on 2 consecutive days.
