Oldstone menu – 7 to 9 February 2012

What timing!! Saturday afternoon the snow started….by 6p.m. the town was deserted and what should have been a busy Saturday night turned in to a VERY quiet evening. Thanks to those who did walk down to keep their reservations.

Pan fried Cornish mackerel fillet with gooseberry chutney

Roast pheasant breast (last of the season) with Bramley apple sauce and Calvados cream
